Physique Essentials Welcomes Nationally Ranked Powerlifer, Chelsea Zimmerman!

Chelsea is a speech language pathologist who works outpatient rehabilitation in both adults and pediatrics. She is also a retired division III softball player turned powerlifter. Within ten months of training, she went from novice to ranked 5th in the nation at 63kg in one of the most prestigious drug tested federations, the USAPL. Currently Chealsea is injured with an ac joint separation but looking to be on track to compete again this year!
